About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Quality Control Coordinator
to join our team. The QC Coordinator primary responsibility is supporting the operations team by ensuring products or services meet set standards before they are delivered or distributed. This role involves inspection, documentation, reporting, and communication with other departments.
What You Will Do
Understand the different stock categories.
Diagnose and classify electronic devices utilizing company software and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
Report on quality issues to supervisors or quality managers
Understand the basic principles of organization's Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Recycling System.
Follow defined schedule and work assignment. (e.g. end of month sales, end of year inventory).
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Collaborate with other departmental needs. Undergo cross-functional training and assist in the execution of production demand needs across the company and the different departments.
Complete any additional duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
Complete reports as required by manager or supervisor
Who You Are
High school diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, data entry)
Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
