Our client is looking for a young professional with relevant experience as QC Chemist within the paint industry.
Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 To investigate raw materials and paints at each stage and ensure that products are in line with specifications.
\xe2\x80\x93 To facilitate formulations, evaluation, development, testing, revision as per specifications.
\xe2\x80\x93 To support QC Manager / Executive on formulations, creations, developments, and production of new materials.
\xe2\x80\x93 To prepare standards and specifications for process, facilities, products, and tests.
\xe2\x80\x93 To prepare and maintain documents, reports, records related to test procedures, test results, manufacturing activities, finished products, and quality control data in line with the organizational standards.
\xe2\x80\x93 To ensure compliance of testing, production, quality control and documentation activities with applicable ISO and government standards and procedures.
\xe2\x80\x93 To ensure that safety, cleanliness in job-site, equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, laboratory instruments, and laboratory premises are followed.
\xe2\x80\x93 To participate in analysis, improvement and personnel training activities related to manufacturing process systems.
\xe2\x80\x93 To coordinate with Auditors and provide all coordination as and when audit happens at R & D / QC Department.
\xe2\x80\x93 To closely work with Management on continuous development of Supply Chain functions on matters related to QC functions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Follow the ISO procedures related to QC and furnish evidence as and when required.

\xe2\x80\x93 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience as a QC Chemist within a paint company.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in the Paint and Coating formulation, and architectural, industrial solvent technology.
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Candidates from abroad are welcome for the role.
