Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare and test the samples from all phases of a Raw Material and Packing Material.
Prepare and test the samples from all phases of manufacturing, filling and packing.
Prepare reagents, media, dilution and solution to conduct test and other handling process.
Create and update specification and set the standard for all incoming and in-house production.
Ensure the substance meets the standard as per approved specification.
Prepare the report that result of their lab work and on-site works.
Release the items with release sticker if result found OK and/or raise OOS for management decision.
Proper control and preserve of retention samples, reference sample, documents and reports.
Be responsible of In-house equipment calibration, minor equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
Ensure that the manufacturing and filling as per approved standard during in line QC checking.
Conduct weekly factory checklist audits as per audit plan and make the report for corrective action.
Suggest the new ideas and improvements to improve the overall process quality.
Have a role in preserving safety workplace and safe materials handling as appropriate.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma
2 years of experience in a cosmetics - manufacturing company
