We are looking for a

Quality Control Inspector

who has solid technical knowledge related to the

marine industry

. The candidate will be responsible for checking and ensuring that all vessel maintenance, repair activities, and operational processes meet the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections on vessels, engines, equipment, and components. Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with company standards and marine regulations. Identify defects, non-conformities, and safety issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken. Prepare clear QC reports, inspection documents, and checklists. Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and management to ensure proper quality control procedures are followed. Conduct final inspections before vessel release to confirm work completion and compliance. Uphold safety procedures and operational best practices at all times.

Requirements:

Technical knowledge in the marine industry

(e.g., marine engines, propulsion systems, hull structures, electrical systems, or related components). Good understanding of inspection processes, quality standards, and safety practices. Ability to read technical drawings and service manuals. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Must be available to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certificate in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Familiarity with classification society standards. Experience in quality control is an advantage.
