Responsible for overall quality compliance & performance in the region to comply with internal and external standards and requirements, to ensure the safety, quality and compliance of all products manufactured for and by company to internal specifications in line with government agencies and regulations and meet quality standards.
Manage quality issues arising from non-conformance so that service and quality standards are maintained and manage any resulting quality improvement programme. Build up and maintain a quality related relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Set up of regional and site quality KPIs, reporting and targets and data collection
Review site and regional performance based on KPI data
Set up of regional QMS and working with sites to support on local QMS
Ensure site and regional compliance to global, regional and local QMS
Support with deployment of Global Quality tools to the region and sites
Issue weekly and monthly quality review reports
Issue regional change control, deviation and CAPA reports to ensure in line with targets
Report regional data and results globally
Development and maintenance of supplier management in the region
In charge of the continuous quality evaluation of suppliers and execution of a supplier development program.
Set up and review of regional quality audit plan
Support with quality audits upon request
Support the process of quality investigations in case of issues
Coordinate with other functions and perform risk assessments for requested changes
Support in incident management via roots cause analysis and CAPA preparation
Develop and implement the digital/scientific tools to improve quality
Coordinate the quality training program upon request
Support the wider team on set up and deployment of Quality Improvement Plans in the region and by site
Work on projects which will digitalize the reporting and will work on quality management software and tools implementation.

Professional Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life science degree, Quality Management, Chemistry, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
Min 5-6 years' experience in quality assurance and quality control within the FMCG industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Good understanding of QMS and quality tools
Project Management
Proficiency in quality management software and tools
Broad understanding of manufacturing operations and business organization
Knowledge of legal requirements, rules and guidance covering the manufacturing of products
