Job Description

As a QC Engineer at YKM International LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products, including wire mesh and fencing systems, meet the company's high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your role will involve overseeing the entire production process, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Quality Assurance

: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet internal and external standards.

Inspection & Testing

: Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to identify defects or deviations.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Prepare and submit regular QC reports to management.

Process Improvement

: Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Compliance

: Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.

Training

: Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills



Educational Background

: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the steel or fencing industry.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and non-destructive testing (NDT).

Software Proficiency

: Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Language Skills

: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Certifications

: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or similar quality management certifications are advantageous.
