As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will be a member of the Legal, Ethics, Compliance, and Quality (LECQ) department and you will report to the LECQ Director. The position As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and business processes meet Novo Nordisk and local quality standards, along with ensuring that Novo Nordisk Quality Management System is always implemented and maintained according to corporate guidelines. In addition, you will be preparing, reviewing, and approving procedures and content on quality documents to ensure affiliate adherence to Novo Nordisk and local quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include: . Verifying that all applicable regulatory Good x Practice (GxP) requirements are reflected in the Quality Management System (QMS), therefore assuring compliance with requirements . Reviewing and approving documentation and records regulated by GxP requirements. Also, ensuring products and business processes meet Novo Nordisk (NN) and local quality standards . Acting as Isotrain and QMS training coordinator to the local organization and delivering induction training about Novo Nordisk QMS to new employees and Distributor Partners . Preparing quality agreements, conducting and following-up on internal & external audits, and act as local archive administrator. You will be ensuring completeness of records for change control, deviation handling, document control, and other QA documentation . Evaluating transport and storage conditions for free medical samples and products and ensuring compliance with quality standards

Qualifications As a QA Specialist, you need to be a team player with a strong personal drive and good learning skills. You also need to have the ability to engage with colleagues and peers toward delivering excellent performance and results.

To be successful in this role, you need to have: . Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, medical, engineering, or similar life science discipline . Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a GxP regulated area . Strong communication skills and functional collaboration with stakeholders . Excellent command over both written and spoken English
