Job Description

Quality Assurance & Standards

Conduct regular quality checks on beverages, food items, service, and hygiene across all branches. Ensure recipes, calibration, and presentation standards are followed by baristas. Monitor customer service delivery and recommend improvements. Develop and update quality control checklists and SOPs.

Training & Development

Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to baristas and supervisors. Support training sessions for new staff, focusing on coffee knowledge, service, and hygiene standards. Identify skill gaps within teams and coordinate with Head Baristas/Management for targeted training.

Operational Audits

Perform routine operational audits to ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and cafe policies. Check consistency in stock handling, cleaning routines, and customer interaction. Submit audit reports with corrective action plans to management.

Customer & Brand Experience

Act as a brand ambassador ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. Handle customer feedback in coordination with branch managers and barista teams. Ensure the cafe ambiance and overall experience align with brand values.

Coordination Across Branches

Travel between branches to maintain consistency in quality and standards. Work closely with Head Baristas and Supervisors to ensure corrective actions are implemented. Support management in rolling out new menu items, seasonal launches, or campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in specialty coffee, cafe management, or hospitality QA roles. Strong knowledge of specialty coffee standards, cafe operations, and customer service. Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to train and mentor teams with a hands-on approach. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Valid UAE Driving License

- mandatory, as the role requires branch visits and quality checks. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
