Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer
to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and applicable regulations.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance (QA):
Develop, implement, and maintain the
Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Ensure compliance withISO 9001
, project specifications, and contract requirements Review and approvemethod statements, ITPs, and procedures
Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits Ensure proper documentation and record control Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants on quality mattersQuality Control (QC):
Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Verify quality of
materials, workmanship, and installations
Review and approvematerial submittals
and test reports Conduct site inspections and issueNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
when required Monitor corrective and preventive actions Witness testing and commissioning activities Prepare and submit quality reports to management and consultantsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field Minimum 3-5years
of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction Strong knowledge ofconstruction standards, codes, and QA/QC procedures
Experience withconsultant and client inspections
Familiar with ISO standards and project documentation Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications (Optional):
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification Experience in
residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of local authority regulationsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
