Providential Properties Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Quality Assurance Officer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company processes, client interactions, and internal operations meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with management and all departments to identify gaps, implement improvements, and maintain strong performance and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all internal processes comply with company standards and UAE labor and real estate regulations. Conduct regular audits on documents, CRM entries, agent files, and operational workflows. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments. Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly QA performance reports. Ensure a high level of customer service quality across all touchpoints. Follow up on action plans to ensure timely implementation of improvements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Process Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience in real estate is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Salary Structure:

Up to 3000 AED
