Assist and review the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to quality measures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations related to the quality of services, KPI, and to the proper performance of day-to-day activities.
Oversee detailed inspections and documentation in improving the data collection and submission process.
Perform quality and spot-checking to ensure that the guidelines of authorizing bodies involved are being followed.
Prepare and maintain quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.
Performs internal audit of data collected for JAWDA KPI prior to submission.
Aware of the DOH and Tasneef audit.
Lead quality meetings monthly/quarterly prior to submission and able to identify the root cause of the problem.
KPI review, corrective action, and preventive measures to be decided by the committee to improve the service.
Providing effective leadership in Quality Management
Coordinate the process of ensuring accreditation standards continue to be adhered to and upgraded as required.
Maintains continuity of nursing by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
With bachelor\'s in nursing or any medical degree
Desirable With HAAD/DOH License
With homecare experience as a Quality Officer in the Healthcare sector
At least 3 years\' experience in the same position or designation.
