Job Description

• Plan and implement quality risk management programs to meet the needs of the nursing department.
• Evaluates program and effect changes as needed to improve quality hospital programs and assure facility compliance with MOPH requirements, hospital standards and policies and procedures, Infection Prevention and Control Programs, Quality and Patient Safety, job descriptions and other related standards like JCI/ISO.
• Select, train, orient nursing personnel and staff in nursing programs in assigned areas with appropriate personnel and maintain nursing quality, professional growth and development.
• Guide, monitor, supervise and evaluate quality improvement plan, educational plan, lecture, training and competencies.
• Review data related to nursing care indicators/key performance indicators, normally in conjunction with the nursing staff and quality and safety team
• Investigate problem areas and follow-up on proposed corrective action.
• Evaluate quality events, incidents, queries, and complaints
• To carry out nursing quality a mandate, the department must work in close association with the quality and patient safety management & IPAC, utilization review and audit committee as well as with other medical staff committee and most hospital departments to which collaboration and functional activities are required.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

License/Certification:

• DHP License/Training certificates related to Qualtiy (Preferred)
