Key responsibilities: Maintenance of different quality systems (GMP, ISO, Switzerland, US, Pharmacovigilance) including, not limited to following tasks:
Creation and maintenance of systems
Preparation and review of SOPs
Supplier Qualification Management
Deviation Management
Lead and support in health authority inspections
Change control
Training of staff
CAPA Management
Manage a team of 5, further growing
Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities
Reporting to the Head of QA
Skills:
Higher education (MSc/BSc or others) and job experience in a management role in pharmaceutical industry
Technical and scientific know-how beneficial
Strong leadership skills
Working independently and precisely
Problem-solving skills
Proactive and responsible
Advanced English verbal and written communication and skills
