Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description
Location: Graz, Austria; Senec, Slovakia; Dubai, UAE or fully remote As a quality assurance manager, you will be the point of contact for a team of specialists and interns working together in an intercultural environment. AGEPHA Pharma is looking for a candidate who has a self-motivated personality with strong interpersonal skills, being comfortable with working in fast-changing environments. Key responsibilities: Maintenance of different quality systems (GMP, ISO, Switzerland, US, Pharmacovigilance) including, not limited to following tasks:
- Creation and maintenance of systems
- Preparation and review of SOPs
- Supplier Qualification Management
- Deviation Management
- Lead and support in health authority inspections
- Change control
- Training of staff
- CAPA Management
- Manage a team of 5, further growing
- Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities
- Reporting to the Head of QA
- Higher education (MSc/BSc or others) and job experience in a management role in pharmaceutical industry
- Technical and scientific know-how beneficial
- Strong leadership skills
- Working independently and precisely
- Problem-solving skills
- Proactive and responsible
- Advanced English verbal and written communication and skills
