Majid Al Futtaim is looking for a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and enhance software testing and quality processes across multiple projects and programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance strategy tailored to project requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end testing processes, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing.
• Define and maintain QA methodologies, test plans, and deliverables aligned with SDLC and organizational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals to ensure timely and quality-focused project delivery.
• Drive QA initiatives, process improvements, and automation strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, project managers, and business analysts for seamless QA integration in project lifecycles.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, project risks, and compliance with testing standards.
• Identify opportunities for tool enhancements and implement innovative testing technologies.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing, including experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Proven experience in test planning, scheduling, and managing QA teams for large-scale integrated projects.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
