Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that the work being performed meets our high standards for quality. Responsibilities:
Regularly visit landscaping maintenance and construction sites to monitor work and assess quality.
Identify and report any observation, malfunction, or defect to the relevant department or team.
Provide detailed reports to the Managing Director on the status of each project, including any quality concerns or issues.
Collaborate with the project management and field teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent quality across all projects
Provide guidance and recommend training to field teams on best practices for quality assurance and control.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
Monitor industry trends and developments related to quality assurance in landscaping, and recommend changes to improve the quality of our services.
Work with the General Manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field such as horticulture, agriculture, or landscaping.
At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on landscaping and maintenance projects.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Experience with quality control processes and procedures.
Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
