Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that the work being performed meets our high standards for quality.
Responsibilities:

- Regularly visit landscaping maintenance and construction sites to monitor work and assess quality.
- Identify and report any observation, malfunction, or defect to the relevant department or team.
- Provide detailed reports to the Managing Director on the status of each project, including any quality concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the project management and field teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent quality across all projects
- Provide guidance and recommend training to field teams on best practices for quality assurance and control.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor industry trends and developments related to quality assurance in landscaping, and recommend changes to improve the quality of our services.
- Work with the General Manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field such as horticulture, agriculture, or landscaping.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on landscaping and maintenance projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience with quality control processes and procedures.
- Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
