Summary: The Quality Assurance Lead will play a key role in overseeing and assuring quality across all aspects of strategic communications, PR, media relations, press office, and events. With a consultant mindset that will help them understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, they will drive quality standards, coordinate with global teams, and ensure alignment with the strategic communications goals of the client.

- Strategic Communications & PR Quality Assurance: Ensure excellence in communication strategies, PR campaigns, media relations, press office operations, and event planning.
- Global Coordination: Collaborate with international teams, aligning messaging across different markets, and ensuring the quality of our communications deliverables is consistent across all markets where the project will operate.
- Quality Control: Review and approve media relations, content and event plans, ensuring they align with strategic goals of the client.
- Consultant Mindset: Provide insightful consulting to internal team, offering expert guidance to achieve project objectives, and driving continuous improvements.
- Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting: Regularly assess and report on the quality of communications, PR, and media activities, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
- Experience in strategic communications, PR, media relations, and/or event management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to think like a consultant, providing valuable insights and solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, with an eye for detail and quality in content creation and event execution.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to take on varied tasks and challenges.
- English fluency, especially written
- Understanding/experience of the MICE sector, government communications, and global coordination.
- Proven ability in coordinating global PR campaigns and media relations.
