You will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in auditing and banking to ensure that operations adhere to both internal standards and regulatory requirements Job Title: - AM \xe2\x80\x93 Quality Assurance Internal Auditor Job Details: In a UAE Bank or Large sized Bank from other countries Salary: Competitive compensation tailored to your current package and experience Qualifications: CIA membership Mandatory/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in banking relevant fields (i.e., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc.) from a recognized institution Job Experience/skills: Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in handling Similar Position or Senior Internal Auditor position in a Bank/ Specialized knowledge and experience in Banking Sector or in auditing Banking Sector, Experience in worked under the quality assurance function would be an added advantage, High degree of analytical, reasoning/judgmental skills, Excellent communication (writing & verbal) skills, Ensure compliance with quality standards (IPPF) and regulatory requirements in all processes/ functions executed in Internal Audit, Review all Audit Programs/ Schedules etc. to ensure compliance with standards (IPPF)/ regulatory requirements and bank\xe2\x80\x99s internal policies, Assesses the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit activity and identifies opportunities for improvement, Review all ongoing internal audit processes to identify deviations or non-compliance issues by conducting thorough audits and assessments in order to maintain the highest levels of quality, Assist in development/ refinement of internal audit plans & Risk Assessments, Assist audit team in developing quality and standardized audit reports which need to be presented to top management & Audit Committee, Should be able to introduce quality assurance & improvement programs (QAIP) with related framework, Provide a periodic report highlighting the gaps in implemented Internal Audit processes along with suggestions for improvements, Implement all International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IPPF Standards) requirements and ensure compliance with same while executing audit activities, Evaluation of whether internal auditors apply the Code of Ethics, Effective Communication Skills including the ability to document and present results suitable for relevant audiences, Strong analytical skills & ability to train Technical Experience: Well versed with MS word/MS EXCEL and related applications/MS Power Point presentations Projects Handled: Projects handled with strategic importance & Implementation projects If you are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to submit your updated CV to \'Careers@zemyd.com\'.
