Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description
Salesforce QA:
Review and test Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, triggers, Lightning components, and integrations (e.g., with external systems and APIs).
Validate business processes and user journeys in both Classic and Lightning environments.
Perform regression, smoke, and UAT testing on Salesforce enhancements and releases.
Coordinate with admins and developers to troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
Web Application QA:
Test website functionalities across multiple browsers and responsive breakpoints.
Validate web UI/UX, form submissions, session management, and performance.
Write and maintain test cases for web application workflows using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Mobile Application QA:
Perform testing on iOS and Android platforms, including installation, navigation, notifications, and UI validation.
Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing for mobile apps.
Use tools like Appium, Browser Stack, or Firebase Test Lab for automation and cross-device testing.
