Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project-specific quality assurance plans and inspection protocols Monitor and evaluate construction processes, structural works, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations for quality compliance Review engineering designs, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance. Conduct or oversee site inspections, material testing, and quality audits. Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical quality issues. Maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including inspection reports, quality logs, and test results. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Support handover processes by verifying that all quality benchmarks and documentation are complete. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA procedures, materials use, and construction methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of construction quality standards, engineering principles, and building regulations. Experience with QA/QC tools and procedures in real estate or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with testing standards, construction materials, and MEP systems. Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams on-site and in-office. Certifications like ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, or PMP are advantageous.
