Job Description
:
You will be responsible to develop and maintain competencies and quality awareness, and commitment to a zero-defect journey in the factory. You are responsible for the implementation of the Quality System in the Coffee Plant to define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions, QMS, and tools in the area of technical expertise, define, and follow up on quality KPIs. You need to be the champion of Quality and master ship by the support the Continuous Excellence program for zero defects product manufacturing and achieving compliance with the Quality Management System requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Microbiology. At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance or quality control. Out-of-the-box thinking, quality mindset, and communication skills. Being patient and flexible.
