Job Overview
The Elements Quality Assurance and Sales Officer will report directly to the Head of Business Development. The roles and responsibilities are focused on Sales, Programme Development and Quality Assurance. The EQA and Sales Officer will be focused on increasing sales in Elements by BSB, curating innovative and quality programmes in Elements by BSB to help in increasing sales and ensuring that the delivery of the programmes is to the highest standards.
Main Role
As the first contact person to the school, the EQA and Sales Officer ensures positive customer satisfaction during all interactions with existing and potential parents, visitors, staff, and students. Sales
  • Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales targets
  • Conducting sales activities (calls, emails, blogs, trial classes, competitions, invitationals, exhibitions, recitals, open days)
  • Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions
  • Lead tracking (conversion, analysis and action plans)
  • Developing effective sales strategies
  • Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all sales
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management
  • Collecting payments and issuing receipts
  • Collaborating with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities
  • Making cold calls to attract potential customers
  • Prepare coaches\xe2\x80\x99 payroll

Programme Development
  • Creating the calendar and schedule of programmes for the year
  • Researching current market trends and making a note of customer requirements
  • Reviewing competitor product offerings
  • Developing end-of-term and midterm camps and one-off programmes
  • Third-party outsourcing

Quality Assurance
  • Scheduling of programmes (facility use, coach schedules)
  • Coordinates with coaches (documents, schedules, payroll)
  • Conduct surveys with parents
  • Conduct surveys for programme development
  • Quality check delivery of classes (facility set-up and cleanliness, coaches\xe2\x80\x99 interactions with children, overall happiness in the class, collaterals, equipment, materials)
  • Diverting customer requests and complaints to the relevant programme coaches, departments or to management
  • Maintain health and safety during programmes and after-school rentals
  • Create reports documenting errors and issues to fixing
  • Work closely with the Heads of Departments to improve existing products

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Lead, Senior Sales Representative or a similar position in the Sales department
