Analysing and understanding the quality of work with regards to CRC. Register Leads from Sponsor Ads and Portal E-mails. Converting Leads to contact by CRS Checking if the clients received Welcome Message on WhatsApp and E-mail Conducting marketing evaluation reports and analysing the quality of leads in order to enhance the leads pattern. Assessing and Evaluating Leads received from the marketing department, if we are targeting the right segment of consumers. Contribute in the Lead generation process. Checking the accuracy of our contact information. Pursue education process on new techniques, skills and technology used in this field. Document all the quality assurance activities through conducting internal reports and sharing them with your team leader. Give a feedback on agent\xe2\x80\x99s performance and how will the perform when it comes to handling their clients and updating on the CRM system. Ensure customers satisfaction at all times. Qualities: Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Previous real estate experience will be a plus. Good knowledge of MS office applications. Fast typing Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or similar field to Quality Assurance/Control.
• 1-year experience in Real-estate industry is a must.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Excellent knowledge in using Reporting and Microsoft Office tools such as (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Analytical, problem solving, communication and technical skills is required.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic is a must.
