Job Description

The focus of this role is to provide wide ranging support to the QHSE function, promoting and integrating ISO Standards of QHSE into every aspect of our business. You are required to perform a variety of tasks in support of specific areas of the quality, Health and Safety mainly focusing on the compliance to and maintenance of Quality and Safety management system to meet ISO 9001 and 45001 requirements.

· Play an active role in associated accreditation processes and coordinate requirements with QHSE Head.

· Monitor and update the document control register to minor updates of policies and procedures (Master list of all documents)

· Liaise with certification bodies to ensure audits are conducted and corrective actions are implemented

· Support the development of Quality, Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safe work practices

· Communicate Quality, Health, and Safety updates to the organisation

· Support in ensuring process compliance (ISO standards)

· Perform other duties as requested or required and which are within the scope of role and the capabilities.

· Management of documented information in compliance with ISO standard requirements

· Assists in the ISO 9001,45001 certification maintenance

· Support other departments and functions in compliance with their IMS responsibilities

· Developing ISO related instructional and procedural documentation and presentations

· Work collaboratively with other department heads

· Manage internal audit outcomes

· Ensure that the integrity of the IMS is maintained when changes to the process are planned and implemented through use of change management procedure

· Support department in achieving QMS objectives

· Conduct induction training with new employees on QHSE

· Support other departmental task and activities with in QHSE dept.

Requirements

Graduate or further level education with either academic or vocational qualifications with relevant technical and management experience · Experienced on document controlling based on the ISO Standards (Quality and Safety ) · Wide knowledge about the Quality and Health ISO standards. · Ideal to have Lead Auditor Certification · Experienced with development of organization wide policy and procedure · Experience in the administration and support of quality and compliance systems · Good and effective communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential. · Good proficiency in Microsoft Office package
