Mediclinic Parkview Hospital | Dubai | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead and manage Quality and Patient safety measures required for regulatory compliance, audits and risk mitigation for the company KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To guide and support the implementation of quality programmes, communication and assigned projects

To provide guidance and support with quality and patient safety reporting and audits

To monitor and support quality and patient safety risk management for the company

To manage the quality and governance related to company policies REQUIRED EDUCATION

A Bachelor\'s degree in a clinical healthcare field

Certification in Quality Management (e.g. CPHQ, CPPS, CMQ) will be an advantage REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years healthcare experience in quality and patient safety in a senior position

Previous experience in a professional clinical role is advised REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Healthcare industry knowledge
• Application of project management principles
• Demonstrate an understanding of quality improvement processes and the ability to maintain quality/accreditation standards
• Demonstrate an understanding of policies and procedures and the hospital environment, systems and related processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
