Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Paraplanner

to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide full paraplanning support to

two UK financial planning firms

, delivering high-quality technical, administrative, and compliance support. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of UK financial planning, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with advisers and support staff based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed

suitability reports

and

recommendation letters

in line with FCA requirements. Conduct comprehensive

financial research

and

analysis

across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning. Assist in the

preparation and review of cash flow models

, investment reports, and client summaries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM and financial planning software systems. Liaise with product providers, advisers, and administrators to obtain necessary information. Support advisers in the

formulation of financial strategies

and ensure all recommendations are compliant. Manage workload effectively to meet UK time zone deadlines and service level agreements. Contribute to process improvements and best practice development within the paraplanning function.

Key Requirements

Essential:

Minimum of

5 years' experience

as a Paraplanner supporting UK regulated advisers. Excellent knowledge of UK financial products, tax wrappers, and FCA compliance standards.

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)

. Strong report-writing, analytical, and research skills. High level of proficiency with

Microsoft Office

,

cash flow modelling tools

, and

CRM systems

(e.g., Intelligent Office, Genovo, or similar). Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively under minimal supervision. Fluent written and spoken English with professional communication skills.

Desirable:

Chartered status or working towards it. Experience working remotely with UK firms while based overseas. Familiarity with time zone management and workflow coordination across international teams.
