Job Description

Perform the duties on administration of main contracts, sub-contracts, budgeting, cost control, material requisition and handling contractual matters; Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms Analyse and report on specific risks associated with contracts Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in teams of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services. Find new supplier to compare the pricing and extend scope of existing supplier. Prepare purchase orders, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse, to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flow. Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly. Initiate, maintain & update of QEOHS related documentations. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From RO400.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • QS IN INTERIOR COMPANY: 6 years (Preferred)
