POSITION SUMMARY You will be responsible of compliance in Food Safety, Quality, Technical and SHE and the challenger of all the functions to maintain consumer trust and preference in Nespresso Market. Moreover, you will act as Nespresso sustainability officer and ensure that Recycling strategy is implemented and driven in the Market

A DAY IN THE LIFE ... Implement corporate SHE & TQM vision and strategy to support commercial objectives in the market Contribute towards and support the roll out of corporate initiatives/ projects Drive strategic initiatives leading to continuous improvement in SHE performance in line with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset and NiM. Ensure that the Nespresso Quality Management System is followed and communicated in the market and Distributors' Markets taking into account local adaptations. Lead the Management Review of Quality (MRQ). Ensure that the system is regularly updated and reviewed in order to ensure continuous improvement Provide necessary services to ensure Quality/ SHE / Technical in all departments Evaluate systematically the external Customer/Consumer Quality expectations. Initiate/operate/define/delegate/co-manage and control Recycling strategy in the market in accordance with HQ/Supply chain/legal including: Boutiques, Point of Sales, Events, Service Partners, Warehouses and Offices. Conduct SH program, training, events / Promote SH systems integration. Define and implement a solution for collection & recycling of capsules to ensure recycling capacity. Recycling operational support, co-management of external partners, ensure system setup, efficiency, and sustainability Monitor performance in the Nespresso market and Distributors' Markets for opportunities to improve in the quest for zero defect. Support the implementation in departments of Business Continuity Plans for their major activities Implement the Nespresso crisis management system and verify its efficiency. Coach the crisis committee of the Market and Distributors' Markets for all other incidents / crises according to NQMS Lead the follow-up of crises in relation with quality / SHE / technical issues. Ensure compliance of machines, coffee and accessories sold within the Nespresso market / hub. Ensure adherence to company principles, policies and requirements and local laws / regulations including SHE Ensure that the technical specifications, knowledge about machines, after sales services and guidelines are applied throughout the whole chain, including external after sales partners. Conduct Audit in Supply Chain, support to keep quality related processes and assure that food safety is kept Monitor budget spend of the TQM department as per Operational Plan (OP), respecting corporate audit guidelines.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL... Master's degree or equivalent preferred Technical, Food Technology, Science or Engineering. Ability to manage exposure across several functions. Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated capability to lead projects and change management. Demonstrated management capability including ability to lead, coach, engage and influence.
