Job Description

Our Client a holding has successfully created a bouquet of multifaceted operations encompassing everything from sports facilities, telecommunications, to real estate developments and industrial projects.
:

• Review and design drawings and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives for reinforcing steel bar details;

• Review the steel percentage delivered in design drawings and BOQs

• Develop and standardize shop fabrication drawing;

• utilize the waste as much as possible

• Prepare Quantities surveying as steel reinforcement, concrete quantities for house, building, shafts, etc....

• Analyze all the given data and documents of the project;

• Prepare shop drawings for works(to obtain the optimum ratios) and submit it for endorsement before execution;

• Prepare all shop drawings needed for execution for onsite and offsite works;

• Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision;

• Issue the variation orders

• Prepare the final drawings to be submitted in accordance with the quantity surveyor;

• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering ;

• An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles

• Be able to use Microsoft Office word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit, other programs are an asset;

• Good construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost;

• Good oral and written English;

• Impeccable attention to details

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
