Quantity Surveyor (QS) & QA/QC

who can handle both pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents as per project requirements. Analyze project drawings and specifications to assess quantities and pricing. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate costs. Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts. Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Support tendering, bidding, and project execution with accurate cost data. Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project operations. Site inspector for QA/QC control .

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as

Quantity Surveyor (QS) & QA/QC

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and industry standards. Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software. Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.

UAE driving license (required )
