Job Description
REQUIRED FOR A LEADING GROUP OF COMPANY IN OMAN(QS MANAGER PRE TENDER CIVIL) CV SELECTION/ ZOOM INTERVIEW . Candidates should have 15 years experience in the Construction Industry . Qualification BE/ BTech ( Civil) . Age: Above 45 years . Review the scope of works, tender drawings, and tech specifications for pricing the tender. . Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors for the specialized work or materials in accordance with the tender requirements. . Preparation of value engineering based on client/consultants requirement. . Verification of quantities mentioned in the BOQs is correct. . Preparation of Tender and Contract Documents SALARY:-1500 -2000 OR ACCOMODATION, MEDICAL & TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED BY COMPANY KINDLY APPLY WITH UPDATED FULL SET OF CV'S, PASSPORT COPY & PHOTO.
