Sharjah Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations
for swimming pool and landscape projects. Conductquantity take-offs
from design drawings and specifications. Evaluatetender documents, drawings, and specifications
to ensure accurate pricing and scope understanding. Manageproject cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
throughout all project stages. Prepare and reviewcontracts, variations, and progress payment certificates
. Coordinate withclients, consultants, and subcontractors
for commercial and contractual matters. Monitormaterial consumption, labor productivity, and project costs
to identify potential savings. Support theproject management team
with financial forecasts and risk assessments.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
