Qs Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents
Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Track variations, claims, and project financial performance
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on cost-related matters
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and financial reporting standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience as a QS Engineer in construction projects
Knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and measurement technique.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Experience in UAE / Gulf countries projects .
