Job Title: QS Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ)
Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for cost implications
Assist in procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management
Prepare cost reports, progress reports, and financial analysis for management
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on cost-related matters
Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, standards, and company policies
Support project teams with value engineering and cost optimization strategies
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
5+ years of UAE construction experience (mandatory)
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office
Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, contracts, and cost control procedures
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Immediate joining preferred.
