. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure
accurate project cost estimation and financial control
.
1. Cost Estimation and Tendering:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
Being able to prepare BOQ, COC, understand Contract, FIDIC,
Quantify materials, labor, and equipment
Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
2. Budgeting and Cost Control:
Managing project budgets and tracking costs against estimates.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and project cost reports.
Identify and report potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.
3. Measurement and Valuation:
Perform quantity take-offs from MEP drawings using relevant software.
Measure and value variations and change orders.
Assist in preparing interim and final payment applications.
4. Contract Administration:
Prepare subcontractor agreements and managing payments.
Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Resolve any contractual or commercial disputes.
5. Coordination and Documentation:
Collaborate with design, engineering, and site teams for accurate documentation.
Maintain records of all project correspondence, drawings, and financial data.
Prepare and submit regular commercial reports to senior management.
6. Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure all work adheres to company and legal health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in related field.
Minimum 10 years of UAE experience
Proven experience in
cost management for building projects
.
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimating software).

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
