Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing project cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs.
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets.
Support in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Maintain accurate records for billing, variations, and project progress.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in QS, preferably in scaffolding, aluminium, or fabrication industries.
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, materials, and standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic quantity surveying tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
