We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to join our team. The QS will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents. Evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations and prepare recommendations. Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify measurements. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient cost control. Prepare progress reports and final accounts for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor (preferably in [construction/infrastructure/MEP projects]). Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management. Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, Candy). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
