Quantity Surveyor
to manage cost control, estimation, and contracts for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for swimming pool projects.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare interim/final payment applications.
Conduct site inspections to verify executed works and quantities.
Ensure accurate documentation for contracts, claims, and project reports.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain budget control.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum
3-5 years of QS experience
, preferably in
swimming pool or construction projects
.
Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and FIDIC standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS-related software.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
