We are seeking Quantity Surveyor to join our Tender department. The ideal candidate should have experience in pre-tender and post-tender activities, including BOQ, estimation, and supplier management.
Role Description.
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, evaluating project progress, conducting valuations, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and valuing work done on-site, monitoring materials and labor costs, and preparing reports for management.
The role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the required standards.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in cost estimating, budget management, and financial reporting Experience with project evaluation, measurement, and valuation on construction sites. Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal regulationsCompetence in using quantity surveying software and tools
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
