Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare
cost estimates

tender documents
based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Evaluate
subcontractor quotations
and prepare
comparative analysis
for management review.
Participate in
tendering and procurement
processes, including preparing and issuing inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and monitor
project budgets

cash flows
, and
cost reports
throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct
site visits
to verify quantities, progress, and variations.
Prepare and evaluate
variation orders

claims
, and
change requests
.
Manage
interim valuations
,
progress payment certificates
, and
final accounts
.
Ensure compliance with
contract conditions

project specifications

company procedures
.
Coordinate closely with the
Project Manager

Engineering

Procurement
teams for cost control and project progress.
Maintain accurate
