Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
QS Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for projects. Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate tenders and negotiate with contractors and suppliers. Prepare and review contracts, variations, and claims. Conduct site visits and assess progress for payment certifications. Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in QS roles within construction or engineering projects. Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and contract administration. Proficiency in QS software and MS Office applications. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
