Qs Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Manage procurement processes and tendering procedures
Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and risk analysis
Monitor construction costs and handle variations or change orders as per project requirement.
Prepare provisional valuations and final accounts
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and financial regulations
Subcontract management & negotiation
Knowledge in building and construction in planning and costing is an advantage
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or any related field
2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Excel and QS software
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* Quantity Surveying: 2 years (Required)
