Qs Engineer
Job Description
Reviewing plans to determine material and labor needs.
Preparing and pricing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), change orders, variations and claims
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
Proficiency with QS software and cost management tools.
Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Identify financial risks, implement value engineering, and ensure best value for money.
Conduct site visits, liaise with clients, project managers, and site teams to ensure alignment.
Review technical drawings, produce quantity take-offs, and maintain financial records.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts; monitor expenditures and control costs.
Draft tender documents, evaluate bids, negotiate with suppliers/contractors, and manage variations/claims.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
