Job Description

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the building fabric, services

(mechanical/electrical), fire systems (sprinklers, alarms, dry risers, AOVs), means of

egress, evacuation systems, access & mobility, and emergency preparedness.

? Review and monitor maintenance and servicing programmes of life-safety systems (fire

detection, smoke control, emergency lighting, risers, water hygiene.

? Liase with regulatory authorities, fire & civil defense, and local municipality as required

for building safety compliance, inspections, and certification.

? Manage corrective action plans: track defects, escalate unsafe conditions, ensure

prmpt remedial work, and document completion.

? Work closely with facilities management, maintenance teams, contractors,

occupants/residents to ensure safe operations and building use.

? Prepare and present safety-performance reports, KPIs (near misses, incident rates,

audits completed, defects outstanding), and safety improvement initiatives.

? Support emergency response planning: fire evacuation drills, rescue readiness,

contractor safety orientation, and standby procedures.

? Experience with an Insurance company.

? Responsible for issuing and renewing all premises Civil Defense Companies.

? Responsible for renewing contracts with firefighting contractors / third parties

appointed by civil defense.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
