We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing costs, contracts, and financial aspects of our projects while ensuring compliance with
ADM regulations
and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage project cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project efficiency.
Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with ADM regulations and company policies.
Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and subcontractor invoices.
Prepare interim and final payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
Support project managers in monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, and controlling expenditures.
Prepare progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
(Master's degree is an advantage).
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in construction and maintenance projects.
Valid
ADM License
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, procurement procedures, and contract management.
Proficiency in QS software, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
