dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing tender documents, and ensuring value for money while meeting project quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Manage procurement processes and tendering procedures.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and risk analysis.
Monitor construction costs and handle variations or change orders.
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and financial regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Excel and QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Professional certification (RICS, AIQS, etc.) is a plus.
