Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and material pricing, engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and cost drivers.
Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities related to project costs, proposing mitigation strategies.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients in the infrastructure sector, particularly ASHGHAL and KAHRAMAA, understanding their project requirements and procurement processes.
