Job Description
Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced QHSSE Inspector to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QHSSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with regulatory and company requirements. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and implement hazard control measures. Lead incident/accident reporting and investigations, preparing detailed reports and corrective actions. Deliver QHSSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for staff and subcontractors. Perform audits and compliance checks with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps, setting objectives, and monitoring KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field. NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent certifications with knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Minimum 5 years of relevant QHSSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or related industry. Strong understanding of local and international QHSSE regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills to promote a positive safety culture. Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation techniques, and QHSSE tools/software.
