We are looking for an experienced QHSE Supervisor to lead and guide our Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring our teams meet the highest levels of operational safety, environmental responsibility, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
? Supervise and guide site teams on QHSE compliance, ensuring all operations align with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements.
? Conduct routine safety inspections, site audits, and risk assessments across multiple sites.
? Train and mentor site personnel on HSE procedures, safe practices, and ISO implementation.
? Develop and update QHSE documentation, SOPs, and records to maintain audit readiness.
? Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
? Coordinate with QHSE Officers and Project Managers to drive performance improvement.
? Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies during ISO audits and renewals.
? Monitor environmental and occupational safety indicators, ensuring continuous improvement.
? Support management reviews and prepare QHSE performance reports for leadership.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline
? Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in QHSE supervision (preferably in Facilities Management or Construction)
? ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Lead Auditor certifications (mandatory)
? NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certified
? Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
? Excellent knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and international QHSE best practices
? Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
? Proficiency in MS Office and QHSE management systems

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
