Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Formulates, implements, and maintains Quality Assurance policies and objectives, compliant to company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Management System (QMS).
\xe2\x80\x93 Sets up and maintains lean manufacturing processes in the plant, in coordination with the Production Department. Ensures that each production line has the proper tools per process.
\xe2\x80\x93 Plans and coordinates with other related departments to implement established QMS and provides quality-related technical support, as necessary.
\xe2\x80\x93 Develops and analyses statistical data and product specifications to ensure it complies with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Standards.
\xe2\x80\x93 Generates reports to evaluate, maintain, and improve the quality of manufactured products and products under development.
\xe2\x80\x93 Establishes Corrective Action and Preventive Action to ensure product quality and reliability.
\xe2\x80\x93 Inspect all incoming goods (raw materials, component parts, buy-outs, customer-returned goods) to ensure compliance with required specifications, including proper documentation of the goods.
\xe2\x80\x93 Investigates and provides solutions to customer quality complaints.
\xe2\x80\x93 Creates or proposes quality tolerances per product to ensure the quality and reliability of the finished products.
\xe2\x80\x93 Comply with the relevant established standards ISO 9001 Quality Management System; 14001 Environmental Management System; and 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Specification.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensures quality of coating.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensures to take action on anything that is unsafe to the employees and to the company.
\xe2\x80\x93 Monitors Health and Safety (incident, injury, illness, and other situations).
\xe2\x80\x93 Performs Risk Assessment.
\xe2\x80\x93 Investigate environmental accidents.
\xe2\x80\x93 Give presentations about current safety hazards based on market research to educate others about avoiding health, safety, and environmental hazards.

\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for Product Manufacturing Quality Assurance to ensure products are consistent with established company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Standards.
\xe2\x80\x93 Supervises QC Inspectors and provides training, as necessary, for QC routine inspections.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintains awareness of product and technology developments in products.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintains and updates efficient QA/ QC Documentation and Records.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for ensuring ISO processes and implementations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for the actions to be taken in line with health and safety.
\xe2\x80\x93 Mainly leads internal audit.
\xe2\x80\x93 A management representative.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintains IMS (Integrated Management System) requirement and follow safety standard procedures.

\xe2\x80\x93 Strong process/project management capabilities.
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum of 5 years working experience in the same field.
\xe2\x80\x93 Certified Internal Auditor.
\xe2\x80\x93 Project progress-related KPIs.
\xe2\x80\x93 Good in MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge, and ISO Audit.
\xe2\x80\x93 Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic a plus, but not essential.
