Job Responsibilities:

- Formulates, implements, and maintains Quality Assurance policies and objectives, compliant to company\'s Quality Management System (QMS).

- Sets up and maintains lean manufacturing processes in the plant, in coordination with the Production Department. Ensures that each production line has the proper tools per process.

- Plans and coordinates with other related departments to implement established QMS and provides quality-related technical support, as necessary.

- Develops and analyses statistical data and product specifications to ensure it complies with the company\'s Quality Standards.

- Generates reports to evaluate, maintain, and improve the quality of manufactured products and products under development.

- Establishes Corrective Action and Preventive Action to ensure product quality and reliability.

- Inspect all incoming goods (raw materials, component parts, buy-outs, customer-returned goods) to ensure compliance with required specifications, including proper documentation of the goods.

- Investigates and provides solutions to customer quality complaints.

- Creates or proposes quality tolerances per product to ensure the quality and reliability of the finished products.

- Comply with the relevant established standards ISO 9001 Quality Management System; 14001 Environmental Management System; and 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Specification.

- Ensures quality of coating.

- Ensures to take action on anything that is unsafe to the employees and to the company.

- Monitors Health and Safety (incident, injury, illness, and other situations).

- Performs Risk Assessment.

- Investigate environmental accidents.

- Give presentations about current safety hazards based on market research to educate others about avoiding health, safety, and environmental hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Product Manufacturing Quality Assurance to ensure products are consistent with established company\'s Quality Standards.

- Supervises QC Inspectors and provides training, as necessary, for QC routine inspections.

- Maintains awareness of product and technology developments in products.

- Maintains and updates efficient QA/ QC Documentation and Records.

- Responsible for ensuring ISO processes and implementations.

- Responsible for the actions to be taken in line with health and safety.

- Mainly leads internal audit.

- A management representative.

- Maintains IMS (Integrated Management System) requirement and follow safety standard procedures.

Job Requirements:

- Engineering degree or equivalent.

- Strong process/project management capabilities.

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the same field.

- Certified Internal Auditor.

- Project progress-related KPIs.

- Good in MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge, and ISO Audit.

- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic a plus, but not essential.
